Refund Policy
Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with the maker's tag intact. Bespoke pieces, engraved pieces, and personalised items are non-refundable.
Time frame
Once we receive your return at our hub, we inspect within 3 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
By payment method
- Card (Visa / Mastercard via Stripe or PayTabs): refund posts to the same card. Bank settlement times vary — typically 3–10 business days after we issue it.
- Apple Pay: refund returns to the funding source linked to your Apple Pay account.
- PayPal: refund returns to your PayPal balance.
- Tabby / Tamara: refund flows back automatically — your remaining instalments are cancelled, and any already-paid amounts are refunded to your funding source.
Partial refunds
If a piece is returned with damage we cannot attribute to shipping, we may issue a partial refund. We will email you with the proposed reduction before processing — you may decline and ask for the item back instead.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, materially misdescribed). Otherwise, original shipping is non-refundable. Return-shipping costs are covered by us for GCC orders; international buyers pay return shipping.
Refused shipments
Refused-shipment refunds take up to 30 days from refusal — the package must travel back to our hub before we can process. Customs charges already paid are non-recoverable.
How to request
Email returns@kun-arabian.com with your order number and reason. We'll issue a return label and instructions.
